Casual Portrait pricing is based on a Time & Talent plus expenses basis.
It begins with a flat rate of $350.00 for 90 minutes. After that there is a $350.00 per/hour charge in 30 minute increments. The cost of post production will be based on either a per-image or total flat rate whichever amount is lower. This will be planned with you prior to scheduling the shoot.
Wedding, Occasion and Corporate Event pricing is more complex. < 2010 Price Schedule >
1. Time & Talent plus expenses. You will receive digital proofs of your event on DVD for viewing and selecting. This option works best for those who want a skilled and seasoned professional but are not sure of the end product they may want. There is no set time frame in which you need to make your selections.
2. Time & Talent plus expenses with camera raw files. This option will provide you with the files from your event. The files will be edited and first level adjustments will be made; then you will be provided with a DVD. Your camera raw files will be ready for pickup or shipping within 72 hours. This option provides you with full usage rights to your images. You retain the option to have Lasting Expressions Photography finish your images and design an album or have one created using your own resources.
3. Time & Talent plus expenses, Album Selection, Post Production and Album Design. This option comes with a uniquely designed album(s) and printed photographs of your event. There are many options within this selection. We begin at 60 images with up to 20 10x16 page spreads and it ranges up to 120 images with as many as 30 14x22 page spreads. All album choices come with leather covered Coffee Table Style Books. We do have the capability to produce any album style from any company. Let us know if there is a particular book that interests you.
Our business is based on client referrals. I have come up with a way to say thank you to our clients for recommending Lasting Expressions Photography to family, friends and business associates. When someone is referred to us we will provide you and your referee with a $250.00 discount towards photography. This will apply ONLY when the person you refer books with us. This opportunity is applicable from the time you book your event with Lasting Expressions Photography until the completion of your order. We will of course welcome all referrals after that as well. In that case, you will receive a thank you gift from us and your referee will get the $250.00 discount. There is however, a limit to the total number of discounts one can receive. The maximum amount is $2,500.00. This is a revolutionary offer, so take advantage of the opportunity. Public Relations, Headshot and Executive Portraits pricing are based on Time and Talent plus expenses. The base price is $525.00 which includes the photographic session, post production on 2 images and the digital use of those images. Prints are an additional cost as are the finished image files. If more than two people require photographs I will work out a group rate for the shoot. Expenses incurred will be billed at the time of image selection.
